Midea Real Estate Holding Limited (the “Company”) (Stock Code: 3990) - Distribution in Specie of PrivateCo (Dummy Stock Code: 45886)
Pursuant to the Company’s announcements, the Company has proposed to conduct the Distribution in Specie on the basis of one PrivateCo Share for every Share held by the Shareholders on the Record Date
Option 01: Cash Dividend - Pay in HKD 5.90 per Share (Default option, if you select this option no reply is required)
Option 02: Scrip Event - For every 1 share of Midea Real Estate Holding Limited (Stock Code: 3990) held, 1 share of (44054.HK) dummy stock code for PrivateCo Share will be assigned.
PrivateCo Shares is not listed on any stock exchange that will be credited to the account under dummy stock code 45886 and held electronically. You must submit a physical stock withdrawal instruction form to withdraw their PrivateCo Shares after distribution and re-register the PrivateCo Shares Certificates into your own names in order to receive issuer’s announcements, circulars and/or future entitlement distribution, if any. The fee for withdrawing physical stock is HKD 5 per lot, of which HKD 3.5 is the exchange fee, with a minimum of HKD 50 per application.
